I found a work around; if I open Edit Parts and print only the part that is open, all pages appear. Its a bug

When I Print pages 1 - X (X being 3 or greater) only the first 2 pages are printed for the Tenor or other parts

When I Edit Parts / Tenor, I see all 4 pages through measure 216.

Therefore, the problem still remains.

I added an audio track to a score, and there is a click track that I hear when I record. When I playback I also hear the clicktrack, which I don't want.
