I am still having problems with tuplets. Here is what I need in a single measure: 2 quarter note triplets; the first is quarter/quarter/ eighth/eighth the 2nd is Half/eighth/eighth I am stumped because finale will let me key in the first but when I try to do the 2nd I end up with 16th rest. How do I change the stem directions on cue notes? I copied an alto sax part into the bass part as cue notes and it would be good if all the stems on the cue note were up. They are down now and interfere with the regular bass part notes.

On MAC, How do I enter a quarter note tuplet where the first note is a half note.
