I dont think you can submit pdf sheet music and have it auto sing/play. Looks like virtual singer was last updated in 2006, there is another program called vocaloid which is promising but, still will not take sheet music and play/sing it.
So, maybe you could expand on this...???

I sing in a barbershop quartet and this website will convert your sheet music with lyrics into 4 computer singers singing the actual words of the songs! I have no idea how they do it but it would be great if Finale had this feature!
