Put the other instrument in another layer. Whenever I try to do that it doesn't really work. I put the 2nd layer under Timpani to the sound "General MIDI Perc Map" because that includes the triangle sound that I want. I'm not able to change the instrument/notation of only one individual layer. Hello all, I am writing a song which requires the timpani part to also use a triangle, and the marimba parts to use cymbals, and I don't know how to add in the triangle or cymbal parts to the staffs. If anyone knows how to help me, please respond. Thank you

Playback in wrong octaves.
Hi, I'm using Finale Version 25 on a Mac, and whenever I write music for Glockenspiel/Bells and use the "Glockenspiel (Brass Mallets)" from the Tapspace sounds, the playback of middle c for example, will be several octaves down. Does anyone know how to fix this?
