When I try to insert a tempo marking, I always get two of them, one above the vocal stave and one on the piano. I can't delete one of them; they both go away.

Playback simply doesn't work. None of the forwarding, back-to-start, stop, or pause will work.

I'm in a conundrum here. I can only get playback to start at the beginning of the piece by space+click, and from then on I can't use any of the playback controls. how do you use the playback controls?? I reset the control panel to "current counter setting" - but that just keeps going from where I am...

The playback controls don't do anything to stop the playback. I tried hitting the stop and pause buttons multiple times. the only thing that stops playback is clicking outside a system.

The playback control is indeed set to 9/1/1000. but it is greyed out and I can't change it.
