UPDATE: After following several suggestions here, I had to respace staves in order to allow the "tap tempo" to be hidden.

The TapTempo is in scroll view also, which I have never seen before.

If I understand you correctly, the only problem is a layout problem, namely the so called Left Barline at the beginning of the system, right? And this is happening because you have two staves (= Tempo Tap & TempoTab) above the Trumpet staves, right? You need the Trumpet staves to be at the Top of t...

Yeah. That's one of the limitations when you specify voicing. A workaround I have used to avoid the drawbacks to Specify Voicing is to not check that box, but in the part, use a Staff Style to hide the other layer that only applies to that part (but does not apply in the score).
