I've tried to do a system restore twice but it keeps failing - the message says to disable antivirus and try again. I did disable it but the restore still fails. I decided to run in Windows Safe Mode to see if that had any effect. So far so good, but it's only been an hour or so. I'll work some more tomorrow and see if it continues.

The only downside is all my work will be lost because Finale doesn't recognize that my installation is authorized.
