I am really starting to feel like an Idiot. Right now, I am inserting measure 57, 3 eights, 1 quarter, 1 eight. I go to plug ins menu > Measures > Split Measure. How many numbers and do I choose dash line?

I though common time was 4/4. C is what is in the first measure. I know how to display 9/4. But how am I to know that it is 9/4 and not 4/4.

I install a headset with microphone and no sound would play from finale but would play from everything else. When I disconnected from Bluetooth finale would play. This has come up before but with no fixes.
