Re: I don't understand this Part. 2
I am really starting to feel like an Idiot. Right now, I am inserting measure 57, 3 eights, 1 quarter, 1 eight. I go to plug ins menu > Measures > Split Measure. How many numbers and do I choose dash line?
By the way thank you for your patience.

I don't understand this Part. 2

When I did it I had an eight-note rest left over. Now I need to do it again for another piece of music. And I am lost as to wha...

I cannot get the tie lines to work. When I do the "A" quarter note with the sharp the tie line links to the "C"...

Re: stitching together
Well Pete, I'll say you hit the nail on the head. as I was entering the notes in, I saw the pattern that you are trying to explain. In fact, after I enter the first set of notes for the different parts. I was able to cut and paste the rest of the instruments. I tried to show the first page of notes ...

Re: stitching together
Sorry for the long wait. Mike, I tried it your way, but I messed up. Motet thanks for telling me how to use the merger. I wonder if I was using it the right way. Since I did two programs that way, I thought I was doing it right. Question. What does it mean when the instrument are split into 5 parts?...

Good morning ScoreMerger Is not working, or I don't know what I am doing. I Have assembled two programs with scoreMerger but now it isn't working. Due to the number of parts I wrote Elephant Walk by each instrument. When I went to join all the parts together, I lost the sound after the third or four...
no play
I install a headset with microphone and no sound would play from finale but would play from everything else. When I disconnected from Bluetooth finale would play. This has come up before but with no fixes.
Re: LInes
That made a difference. Hidden rest should be outlawed.
Re: LInes
I must be doing something wrong. I have tried several times and different ways but it just isn't working for me. Lines2.jpg I can not duplicate this staff. No matter how I try it just doesn't come out to a good count. In the smart shape tool the one marked line tool is the one you're talking about, ...
LInes
What are The lines between staffs. And how do I reproduce them?
Re: dot dot
Thank you again. that worked just fine.
Re: dot dot
By mouse.
Re: dot dot
