Using Finale 27 for Mac. My fermatas are ignored completely by playback. Anyone know how to fix this?

I just spent two days fighting with this. Everything LOOKED like it was working, but there was no sound. I sent three tickets to Finale Support. It turns out, the OUTPUT DEVICE was wrong. Go to MIDI/Audio>Device Setup>Audio Setup. Make sure your output device is correct. Fixed the problem right away...
