Hi friends! I have changed some of the note heads into crosses with the Special tools tool. Is there a way to change the playback sound for those x-noteheads?

Thanks David! That was easy! Only they won't play back. Human playback is on. But I managed to get the TG Tools plugin to do the job!

Hello friends! I think I have a missing library issue. Since I bought Finale 26 I can't find the dynamics shapes, like the one in the picture. How do I fix this?

I checked out mordent on youtube. It sounds like what I want. But I think I'll stick to my quintuplet now. At least I know myself what I am writing. And the percussionist is not a baroque musician either.

Thnaks motet! I found the plug-in. But nothing happends. I have tried:

• Selecting the whole bar
• Klicking on and of the "always slash fallged grace notes" box int the document options

This way Finale plays it back the way I want it. But I would say it makes it less readable for the musician. After all it's just a trill.

Hi! Thanks! I've found the checkbox. It was already checked. The grace notes only appear with a stroke if they are not beamed. But maybe I just don't undertand how to write what I want it to sound like correctly. I want to make a trill with two notes that starts on the beat and not before the beat. ...

Finale 26 won't let me enter slashed grace notes. Is it a bug? Or is it not possible to make slashed grace note in 16ths?
I want to make sure the musician knows that I want the trill to be played on the beat and not before.

I accidentally fixed it! In the preferences dialog box in you can reset all preferenses. This made the random human playback stop!

I had to select Marimba from the Score Manager, but with or without Standard HP, it's fine here, F 25/Mac.

Thanks miker! I tried it now but the random rythmisations are still there.

How do I get rid of the human playback? I've set it to "none" in the playback control. But Finale still makes random rythmisations in my score. How can I shut human playback down forever? I'd like to leave it to the humans rather than the robots. Finale it set to "play Finale through MIDI". All thou...
