Document menu > Document Options > Music Spacing

In the pop up menu Manual Positioning, choose Clear.

Then, Select all/ Utilities menu/ Music Spacing/ Apply

When I Move layers (1 to 2 and 2 to one) Layer 2 appears slightly to the right of layer 1, that is, not aligned to layer 1

I don't think Change Instrument is the way to go in this instance. I suggest you start over and create your piece with the setup wizard, specifying all instruments rather than adding them later. Then things will have the correct transposition and staves and all parts will be created with the correc...

I'v e solved 1 of the questions, the one of the staff,
but I don't know why I casnnot go back to the transported notation

I manupulated the Clarinet in Bb and would like to put back its staff to the proper staff (it seems I changed to percussion staff) and with the alterations that the clarinet player usually read.
