Does Finale let you set the bit rate?

Not that I know — I haven't found that option. It produces Bit Rate: 128 kbps / Sample Rate: 44100 Hz, 16-bit MP3 files.

My key signature is B flat. The placement of the flat on the first staff (C3 clef) is ok; it is the one belonging to the F5 bass clef that I'd like to place on the third line of the bass staff.

Attached a “5+4” version.

To make the symbol look “lighter” I used thinner horizontal strokes (compared to the horizontal strokes in an ordinary sharp).

But the {nine-stroke sharp} still looks “ginormous”.
