There is a page break at the top of the second page. If you delete the page break you can move those measures to the bottom of the first page.

You are confusing OS 10.14 (Mojave) with OS 14 (which is not released yet!!).

I have a mac that can't upgrade past osx 12.6, so it seems I cannot buy finale V27 which is osx 14 or later. Where does one buy V26 then? I see it is for sale on amazon for example.
