I am writing a jazz score and for some strange reason in the Tenor Sax part (only) any note C (3rd space) and above is yellow indicating danger range. I myself play tenor sax and I can tell you t...

Re: Rebeaming on a guitar part
Hi Peter, Yes, I found that it worked fine if I wrote all the 1/8th notes first and then added in the grace notes as 1/16th notes and then removed stems etc. The first time I wrote it in note order and I think I wrote the "grace" notes at 1/4 notes since for me they weren't actually grace notes. Re: Rebeaming on a guitar part
You need to rebeam manually. Put the cursor on the rightmost note and press / (slash). Repeat as necessary. Hello N Grossingink, thankyou for your reply. I tried doing the rebeaming based on last note with slash etc and it doesn't work. That was the first thing I tried....LOL. I think the "grace" n...

Rebeaming on a guitar part
Hi Everyone, I am new to this Forum and fairly new to Finale (windows version 27) I am trying to write a guitar part which includes a lot of "grace" notes for bends (I am not a guitar player and have not been able to find the correct terminology for these notes - sorry about that). I added these not...
