You are correct - the Finale GPO does not include KS brass voices or mutes.

You will need to purchase the Full version of a Garritan Product, like GPO, Jazz & Big Band, or Concert Band to have access to that ability.

First visit the Finale website and download the latest update for Finale 2006 - Finale 2006C.

Install the update then check to see if the playback issues have been solved.
