Yes, having Leger Lines in Bass Clar Cues is way too cumbersome.,
written pitches are better.
Also, I doubt I could transpose most Music UP 3 Octaves on my Clarinet, at sight or otherwise...!!!

Re: Lost playback of dynamics...again
I was having some dynamic weirdness on an old file that had gone through several updates to Finale.
On a lark, I checked the SOLO button in the Mixer, on all of the inst, and it then played back fine.
Worth a try!

Re: Finale 26 articulation chaos
I thought F 26 was supposed to fix Articulation positions to avoid collisions, but I've read a few complaints about it now. Is it just opening F 25 Files in F 26 that causes problems? I haven't upgraded yet, I would probably only use F 26 for new Pieces, not open older files. I do have to spend a lo...

I'm on F 25.5/Mac, and I use the Cue Notes Plug in all the time.
No problems here.
I use the TG Tools Plug-in, didn't know there was another way...

While there was no number in that Dialog Box, I entered 0 for space before notes and it's fixed.

OK, I found it, but no numbers were inserted, so there's nothing to remove.

Re: Harp gliss. bug
That has happened to me with Slurs and Glisses.
I delete it, then draw a partial slur/gliss up from the first note, half inch maybe and release,
then draw another slur/gliss from the target note back up a half inch or so.
Or bump the Target Measure back one System, so they are on the same staff.

Re: How to get the most out of JABB
I want to try some of your method, but I have completely different Aria Info available than what you described. I'm on F 25.5/Mac, and there's no editing Pencil, No Stereo Stage Setting, at least. I have always used the Mixer in the Window Drop-Down Menu. Panning is essential for me, it's Mono other...

Also set from 44.1 to 96, and buffer 4096.
Finale is 16/96, should sound a little better!

Re: Playback of some instruments lost
Do you use Panning, or is everything set to the Centre, which is Mono? I only have one Big Ensemble I've written for, but it plays fine. Panning is essential for me. Maybe if everything is set to the Middle, things could get dense and confused, and not everything would be audible. Just guessing. Sho...

Try a Staccato Dot or Line-Dot to shorten note, or notate in smaller rhythmic values plus rests.

Re: How to create diamonds
Without Staff Style Slashes, there's no way to know where they go rhythmically.
If you want them held, try entering , say, half notes, and use Rhythmic Notion to create diamonds IN the measure.
I've never seen Diamonds around a Chord.

I'm on F25/Mac/Garritan/HP.
66% Idle when playing back.
Granted, it's only a Clarinet Quartet.
I use a Mytek Dac, External Speakers.
