I don't get either ambience or convolution on Mac, F25.2, just AU Matrix Reverb.
I'm surprised they aren't the same for windows and mac.

My post says it was done on Tues March 7.

It's under Midi Audio/Audio Units Banks and Effects.
Choose AU Matrix Reverb ( NOT Convolution!) from the Drop-Down List
Wet/Dry Mix is on top, I slide it over to the left all the way.
I have to re-choose the Room Size every time, or it reverts to Small Room.

8 clicks just now for one Hairpin.
And the screen flipped away as I tried to type this post.

Auto Update is on, and I update from time to time when Saving. The Flipping used too happen a little, but since going for 2012 to F25, the flipping is way worse, and the ability to click on handles or apply Smart Shapes and Expressions is very problematical, and stopping Playback takes several tries...

I use the Wet/Dry setting in the Conv Reverb, works just like the Garritan Ambience did for me.
I set it Max Dry, all the way to the left.
I have no balance problems using regular Dynamic Expressions.
Be sure to choose the Room Size.
Playback in F25 at 24/96 is the best so far.
I used an outboard DAC.

clicking to Highlite Handles on F25/Sierra is very annoying. Is it a bug worth reporting? I've had to click as many as 10 times to get a Smart Shape or click on a Handle. The screen jumps way a LOT, including jumping back to the beginning. That causes mis-placed Shapes and such, and pisses me off ge...

"Otherwise, no Clarinet playbacks low C." I don't know what that means. Of course no Clarinet has Low C, only Bass Clarinet,(and Basset Clarinet.) Finale 25 has that Low C for Bass Clar and low E for A Clar. Earlier versions of Finale did Not have those notes available for Playback. F25 does. I'm so...

I get 24/96 Playback w/Garritan and either my Mytek, Korg or Dragonfly Dacs, excellent, better than earlier versions ( Have F25 ).
