In the attached file, I believe that I had three lines (violin1 &2, viola) that I may have hidden. I pressed Command-K and it shows they are there (?) but I forget how to reveal them in the score. What do I need to do to reveal them? Thanks.

What you've done is fine. It's OK if a rit. is not over the note. The keyboardist should follow the singers.

My question is about the placement of "rit" on the keyboard part. On the attached file, I want the singers to begin the rit at "break of day". If you invoke the Page Layout tool, you'll see that system 2 has a giant top margin, which runs up against the bottom margin of system 1. There's a handle there to decrease the top margin. You probably want to do your manual system spacing in that tool anyway, as it has more features.

Am having some trouble with spacing between systems in the attached file.
Spacing on page 2 looks reasonable. But when I try to drag system 2 on page 1 upward,

Use this for your time signature. If you've already entered music, run Utilities/Rebeam Music.

In the attached I wrote meas. 1-4, then I connected the stems
individually to make meas. 5-8. Is there a way to set things up so

That's very thoughtful, very sensible. I have applied that thinking before, but the brain pokes in and says "that's not correct." I will think about your suggestion. Have a great day! It's hard to judge without more music to provide context, but I would leave the G natural as is for ease of reading.
