Re: Separate font choice for Alternate Notation
Reprise is a Sibelius font and not compatible with Finale's Maestro. It's not possible to use two fonts for Alternate Notation, but you could create a one-bar repeat expression and use this instead of the one-bar repeat staff style. This was one of the tricks I used in making incompatible fonts comp...

Re: Finale 26.1 released
The official price has not been released. It still depends on if MakeMusic will take part and promote the plug-in, so that it can reach a much larger audience. As a newsletter recipient you can currently get the limited version (max. 400 measures/35 staves) for ca. 100 Eur (80 Eur net) and the unlim...

Re: Chord symbol spacing
Yes, the plug-in can do both: change the position of the chord symbol and/or change the position of the chord suffixes. In other words: you can keep the position of the (first) chord suffix and move the chord symbol only. Or keep the position of the chord symbol and move the chord suffixes away. Or ...

Re: Chord symbol spacing
There is a JW Lua plug-in script that can do this ( https://elbsound.studio/jw-lua-scripts.php#changechordgap ). It does exactly what you say: it changes the horizontal offset of all chord suffix symbols (from all chords) by a given offset. Though I don't know how good JW Lua performs in Fin2007. I ...

Yes, that is correct. You always get a warning (at least on Windows, don't know about MacOS) when you use a music font that is not included in MacSymbolFonts.txt.

Re: November 2 font not recognised
You write that you removed the three references. You should remove only November2.
The other fonts (I assume November and NovemberExtra) are non-unicode fonts. AFAIK they should be included in MacSymbolFonts.txt.

Here are a few examples including many handwritten samples of Finale chord libraries created with a JW Lua plug-in. Re: November 2 font not recognised
November2 must not be added to MacSymbolFonts.txt.
It's a unicode font.
MacSymbolFonts.txt only needs the old "0-255 symbol" fonts, but not modern unicode fonts like November2, Aruvarb or the LilyPond fonts.

Re: Articulation too high
It looks like a font annotation issue to me. Probably the correct font annotation files are missing in Finale 26. You should recreate the font annotation file (Preferences->Edit->Font Annotation , select the music font and click on Auto-Annotate All and then Save). This should solve the problem - yo...

You could check this "hard-to-find" music symbol catalog.
It includes about 100 music fonts with the inverted turn symbol - some look exactly like or at least extremly similar to the Maestro symbol.

Re: Can Bravura be used as it is?
If you're on MacOS, there is a bug with all unicode symbol fonts in Finale: it is not possible to access symbols 129-159. These symbols are available in other slots though, but not in the original Maestro slots. This goes for example for November2, Aruvarb, Bravura, all Lilypond fonts, etc. On Windo...
