Yea, the installer file has two installers. Assuming the OP profile is correct (is it?), the first one is for Finale 2014.5 and the second is for Garritan/Aria. Both must be run in order to install. There is no separate installer for GIFF.

2014.5 is 32bit/Universal.

You may have more than one Preferences file and are looking in the wrong place.

It depends on the printer. HP drivers can only be done through Apple. Canon printer drivers often need to be downloaded from canon.jp. I've not used an Epson in years.

OS updates will retain the printer drivers but new installs may not load them (how I found out about Canon).
