One resides in the Library folder at System Level (root level), the other resides in your user account.

A more obvious choice would be the Tenor clef which, with Display in Concert Pitch selected, would place the notes at the same vertical positions as in the original transposed notation, with Treble Clef. You can use the Tuplet Tool to create each {whole measure note} as a {nothing displaying} tuplet.
