Since you don't have a Plug-In menu (icon) at all, I suspect that there's something wrong with your Finale 2006 installation.

Are you using the full Finale or one of Finale's smaller siblings (Allegro, PrintMusic, SongWriter, NotePad, Reader)?

TG Tools is a collection of Finale plug-ins.
Look for the Plug-In menu.

Perhaps the Windows computer has some russian Windows fonts that aren't installed on the Mac computer.

With the full Finale there's an option to replace one font with another font.
But I'm afraid PrintMusic doesn't have that feature.
