Do you want all your grace notes slashed, or just a few? If it's all of them then in Document Options > Grace Notes there is a check box for that.

In Document Options > Ties, at the bottom there is a Reset button. See if that cures all your ills in one go.

In the place where you tried clicking "remove manual adjustments" there is also "Edit" where you can "Reset" which would take all the tie settings to default. Does that do anything?

Can you post a sample file that shows the problem? You wouldn't need to show more than just the few measures you have above.

This is a long shot, but go to Special Tools > Tie Tool, select the tie and click any handle and click clear. If the shape of the tie has somehow gone wonky then this will restore it to default.

John beat me to the punch on suggesting the Perfect Layout plug-in. It's not cheap, but it works very well. Interesting that I don't have that problem with the accent and slur in either 26 or 27. You might check settings in the Articulation Designer for the accent to see if something got changed. For me, Distance from entry (I assume it is the default setting) is 0.04861.

Up at the top of the screen in the row of icons is the little speaker with sound waves coming out of it where you would adjust volume. If you select the AirPods there do you get what you need?

Are your rehearsal marks letters or numbers, and if they are numbers, are they measure numbers?

Under Document make sure you don't have "Show Active Layer Only" selected.

I was able to load it into 26 (Mac) though some of the markings were wonky since I was missing several of your fonts. But the library is there.

Did you try Pefect Layout? I tried it and it did not fix this case, but perhaps I had a wrong setting.

Go to Page Layout > Systems > Edit Margins

Change systems 5 through 8 and pick a number for the bottom number and apply. I used 1.0 and it looks pretty good.

P.S. Have you considered 12/8 rather than all those triplets?

When you change the key signature it asks if you want to transpose the music up or down. It looks like the transposition should have been down.

You could use the Edit Filter for articulations, but of course that would mean that you would clear ALL articulations.

I'm looking at 27 and don't remember if it was the same in 2014, but if you look at the Staff Attributes of that staff and un-check "Allow Hiding When Empty" does that help? Or possibly un-check "Force Hide Staff"?

I was able to open the file and save it to the desktop.

It looks like with 27 and Big Sur the small problems are still there, such as the expansion button in playback controls.

Without seeing your example, I would suggest using the selection tool and select that tab note and press 9 to send it up an octave.
