Unless I am wrong, the HP settings file for Vienna Special Edition (and only for VSE) is nowhere to be found on their site anymore. If someone knows where it is ... I had the same error codes on my backup PC which runs Windows 10, Finale 25.5. After reading this thread I set the control panel privacy to "allow microphone to access..." while flipping the switches off for the various apps, such as Cortana. That fixed the problem. Thanks again for this Forum!

Any VSTi will recognize Pizz and anything else in the list if you setup the proper keyswitch. I believe Kontakt uses C3 for middle C, and Finale uses C4, so you need to get the keyswitch in the right octave. It works okay for me on 25.4.

In Windows Finale you can press CTL+A to select everything and then hit the backspace key. That will erase all entries. If that's not what you want to do just use the "undo" command or close the file without saving it.
