Thank you. A part of the question remains: what is the best way to enter them into the score, in order to be visible in all parts with the exact same placement in measure, and also to be visible only in the middle of the score?
As Expressions, with staff set?

The alteration is something done to the tempo, while the mark is the fixed state. Somehow they are different.

Another ones are doubled (a small one inside of the main symbol).

So that they are positioned over exact notes/rests, for all instruments, but limited in parts (perhaps as Staff Set).

I have managed to achieve the goal actually by using fantastic JW Change. I made sequence of steps to create a trill note. Thanks Jari.

The terms I have taken from Finale's menus, so it would work.

Now I use Sibelius for simpler projects.

It just confirms my guessing that the GPU utilisation and CPU single-core usage is the main obstacle of Finale getting off the ground.
The larger monitor and larger DPI makes Finale just slower.

I have also to disagree that having all notes AND the pedal is the right way.
