Is it a third-party mouse? Is this in Scroll View, or Page View, or both? Do any other apps behave similarly?

Note that Tracking speed and Scrolling speed are two different things. For some reason, Apple keeps the second one in the Accessibility System Preference pane.

I use SymphonyPro. I tried Notion, but wasn't that keen. SP is very nice, and has a number of input styles. Even a handwriting mode, if you want to take your time.

Both SymphonyPro and Notion will export XML, so that you can sort them out in Finale later.

It is odd that Finale is reporting trouble deleting a file with no file path, when you're trying to open one.

This is why I keep Page Scaling to 100%, so that page numbers, headers, margins are all specified correctly. Then I scale the Staff Height to the size I want.

You could submit your request to MakeMusic, and it will find its priority on the queue of things that need doing.

It sounds like the numpad is producing the same results as when you press the numbers on the main keyboard. I don't know whether that's an issue with the way the numpad works, or how the OS/Finale handles your numpad.
