Score Manager only allows to change the device of one staff at a time.

Is there a way to do select multiple staffs somewhere?

Is there a trick to rename the individual staffs of keyboard-style groups (Piano, Harp, etc.)?
The thought behind it is the confusion you sometimes get when having to select them in certain menus.

The file seems to be bloated with hidden staves. I think trying to accomplish what you want might be daunting. I'm encountering something unexpedted:

In the parts view for a piano stave, both of my staffs have the Tempo- and Rehearsal Expressions (see screenshot).

I'm sure there's the right check-box somewhere, but I can't seem to find it; where is it?

There is an issue with Finale where the expression only applies to the top staff. One needs to modify the Score List to have every staff marked in the parts column for the expression to work properly in the score.
