If you need this function automated or often and with very similar textblocks, you might consider doing it within a script. Jari Williamson adressed this issue in his JWLua example script "Create Page Text in One Part Only".

Yes, a script would make it easier. If it was a FinaleScript, it would necessarily make assumptions about the number of staves, so I wrote a solution in JWLua, which changes the sizes of all staff names of an open document.
