Tuplet Tool. *)
Click the tuplet’s first entry. A handle appears under the tuplet number.
Context-click the handle. A context menu appears.
In the context menu, choose “Edit Tuplet Definition…”.
You get to the dialog box Tuplet Definition where you can edit the tuplet.

To avoid that the problem happens again in the same document, you might also like to adjust the document’s default
tuplet definition for new tuplets:
Document menu > Document Options > Tuplets
NB: The tuplet settings in {Document Options - Tuplets} only affect new tuplets. Already existing tuplets are not affected.

To “batch-edit” all the tuplets in a selected region, use the utility:
Utilities menu > Change > Tuplets…

*) I mean the main Tuplet Tool, not a sub-tool.
Both the Simple Entry Tool and the Speedy Entry Tool have a Tuplet (sub-)Tool, but I mean the main Tuplet Tool.
