Sending Messages

I have tried to send 2 messages today. They just sit in the Outbox. The second one is to Finale Forum, to report the Outbox issue. However, if that one sits in the Outbox, then the report won't be seen. Am I missing something?

I suspect that this issue is fairly new.
I sent a message two days ago.

And it appears to be cleared up. JOOTT
