Multi measure rests

How can I achieve that a multi measure rest breaks when it encounters a tempo alteration like accel.?
If I understand you correctly, you need that all tempo alterations break multimeasure rests, right?
Since there is an expression category for Tempo Alterations, you can just edit that very expression category.
Then, all expressions you create in the category, will break multimeasure rests:
