Distribution of measures

I understand that I can't control measures the same way in notepad as in the upgraded version, but i have an issue. I entered the number of measures required before starting to manually enter the piece of music. After entering the notes notepad organized them so there are several measures on the first and second line but the last measure is stretched over the whole of the 3rd line. Is there a way to fix it so it is more even. looks pretty silly and unprofessional right now!
