Instrument Playback

I am writing a symphony with a piano and as i am entering the notes it sounds like a flute instead of a piano. why is that??
Window menu > Instrument List
Make sure that each "playback instrument" has its own name, and its own channel.
Two or more staves can share the same "playback instrument", but then they can't play back with independent dynamics.
