How do I add clef symbols when they didn't scan in?

I scanned in a score to Finale Print Music and the first system has clef signs, but following systems have no clef signs. How do I insert clef symbols? Also, two measures were combined in one (no bar line). How do I add a bar line?

For the first, I would set up a new document from the Wizard, and copy the music over to the new one.

For the second, I have selected that long measure, changed the time signature to something else, and then back to what it should be. If that doesn't work, delete and reenter the notes into two measures.
