I am clicking on the repeat tool, but the menu doesn't appear. Nothing happens at all. Are there settings I need to check to figure out why this is happening?

To be correct, clicking on the Repeat Tool icon will not make the Repeat menu "roll down".
Instead, the Repeat menu title will appear next to the other menu titles (= File, Edit, View &c.).
Clicking on the (now available) {menu title} "Repeat" will make the Repeat menu roll down.
Many tools (e. g. Speedy Entry Tool, Simple Entry Tool, Staff Tool, Measure Tool, …) have their own menu which only is available when you are in the tool.
Usually a tool's menu's {menu title} will appear next to the {menu title} "Help".

I have the same problem. When I choose a tool, the tool's {menu title} does not appear next to the {menu title} "help".
Any possible solution?
