Expression Tool dialog box

I've used PM2011 Expression Tool successfully for a long time. Now all of a sudden the Expression Tool dialog box is cut off, more than two-thirds of it, including the Create Misc. Expression button. There doesn't seem to be a "handle" on the box to drag it back to normal size. I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, and re-installing PM2011, doesn't help.

The dialog box is supposed to look like this (and it did until a couple of days ago) ...

Now it's cut off at the right edge of the "Duplicate" button; everything to the right of that is gone.

Any thoughts? Maybe a Registry key? Help!

You should probably contact MakeMusic's Tech Support about this.

My first guess would be a hardware issue (e. g. your graphics card).

Thanks. I was able to solve the problem by uninstalling PM2011, then manually deleting all of the PM2011 Registry keys (which the uninstall program leaves behind), then re-installing PM2011.
