How can I flip stems and ties for ALL the notes on a staff from beginning to end of song?

If I understand you correctly, you have a staff with stems and ties, some of them upwards, some of them downwards.
And you need to flip
- all upwards stems and ties downwards
- all downwards stems and ties upwards
right?
In order to give the best possible help I think that we need to know a little more about the problem you are trying to solve, like why you need to flip all stems and ties.
Seeing an actual .mus document might also help.
Before you can attach a .mus document in this forum, you must compress the document, e. g. as a .zip file.
And the file size must not be more than max. 100 KB.
And you need to flip
