When you have finished an arrangement and end up with one stave on the last page, is there a way to tell PrintMusic to spread the staves out equally among the pages? Or do you have to do it by hand individually, stave by stave?

Page Layout tool>Page layout menu>Space systems evenly
This will let you determine the number of systems on a page. If there is just one staff on the last page, I would consider tightening up the space between systems, increasing the measures per system, or reducing the size of the staves on the first page.
