Printmusic 2008 and 2011a

I have both Finale Printmusic 2008 and 2011a on my computer. Is there any advantage to that, or can I uninstall 2008 without hurting anything or losing any arrangements I made in the 2008 version? Do I need to somehow move them over to 2011? Right now I'm having trouble trying to e-mail a copy of a file made in the 2008 version. It lets me put it in the attachment line but it won't open.

There is nothing wrong with having more than one version loaded. I've had as many as 6 or 7. Nor is there any real need for it, in your case. Anything that you used 2008 for, 2011 should do just fine.

I suspect that problems with email are another issue. Try zipping it first, and see if that helps.
