Hello,
Just bought and installed PrintMusic 2014 from CD on Windows 7 laptop. For some reason, when I save open an existing .mus file or create a new file, it doesn't show up when I open the folder! I can see these files with a "Lock" on the icon when I am in the Save as... dialogue. I try to right click and select "Properties" from there. They are showing as Read Only, and when I unclick and Apply, it changes. But, when I leave and come back into the folder, nothing has changed. When I look at the Security tab, it looks like everyone has full permission except CREATOR/OWNER, which has none. When I change that to full, the boxes for permission look checked, but when I apply, then disappear.
I also went to control panel to show all hidden files, but they still don't show up when I open the folder they are in!
Help! I'm creating files I can't see! Thanks for any help...
PrintMusic creating secure files that I can't see in folder!

Welcome to the forum.
That sounds like a Windows issue, not PrintMusic. I've never known it to create a hidden file. But, on the chance that it isn't, you should submit this to Tech Support.
