Deauthorizing PrintMusic 2014 on iMac and reauth on PC

Since PrintMusic 2014 will not work on my iMac if I upgrade my operating system (and it's no longer being sold to Mac users), does anyone know if I can deauthorize PM on my Mac and download & reauthorize on a PC laptop? FYI, I was offered an upgrade to Finale 25 for $99 but will only be using the system one more year in my present position.

Sure. Deauthorize on one, and download it and reauthorize it for the other. Or, you can do it your account at the Finale website. If you run into any problems doing it online, an email to tech support will clear it right up.

Thanks. One more question: Will I lose all the music I have created on the Mac when I move to the PC?

No.
The file format is the same on both platforms.
In Other Words:
Documents created in the Mac version of PrintMusic 2014 will open in the Windows version of PrintMusic 2014.
Just make sure that all the fonts used in the documents are installed on the PC. (since fonts are not embedded inside the documents)

If you can swing it financially, I’d suggest that you take advantage of that upgrade price. Regardless of platform or your future plans (and who can ever know how the future will go!) it’s a great price.

Thanks. I should have done that when it was $99. Now it's $149, I think, so probably not. Wonder if they would offer the $99 again if I contacted them about the upgrade. Would prefer to stay on my Mac.

Ha - they said they were not offering the $99 upgrade 'at this time.' So - they lose my $99 and I move to a PC.

Thanks for your help.
