instrument not responding to pizz command

I have PrintMusic 2012. I have a piece where the 2nd cello part in my multi-stave system suddenly is not responding to my pizz instruction, why is that? thanks,Tom

If it used to work, but now it doesn’t, try restarting the computer.

Miker,
As per your suggestion I tried restarting the computer, and also tried a hard reboot, but still my 2nd cello won't respond to my pizz expression. It also happens in this particular part as well as in the conductor score. All other instruments behave normally throughout both score and parts Any ideas as to what to do? Thanks again for your help, Tom
