Need to re-establish my PrintMusic

Not sure if I am in the right place for this question.

A few years ago (I think 2009) I purchased a copy of Finale PrintMusic from eBay. I installed it on my Mac running Tiger (OS 10.4). I used it for several years. Then just recently my computer crashed and I lost everything. I still have the installation disk and serial number, but my replacement computer now runs OS 10.14.6 (Mojave). Well, the version of PrintMusic I have will not install on Mojave.

Is it possible to get a PrintMusic update that will run on Mojave if I provide the serial number? Or must I pay for a new copy of PrintMusic?

Nope. The last PM for Mac is 2014, which won't run on 10.14. You will need to upgrade to Finale.

Do they expect me to pay the full price, or is there a discount based on my previous purchase of PrintMusic?

Thank you. At least it’s something positive.

Ernie,
I had the same situation. I had used Print Music since 2004 (I think).
I believe that the issue is that PM is a 32 bit program and your iMac runs on a 64 bit program.. I tried running PM but as you found out, doesn't work very well and the program keeps crashing.
I took the $200 option and installed the full Finale v26.2, however the learning curve is significant, I still am learning on a day by day basis using the tutorials and printing out the pieces as needed...
Printing out parts has been a major issue but if it is for you also, try tutorial 7, parts - working with linked parts.
This hint was provided to me by some of the guys in the forum.
