Resize Notes (Help versus reality)

PrintMusic's help tells me the following about Resize:

This tool lets you reduce or enlarge a note, group of notes, staff, system, page, or all the music in a piece. When you use it at the note-by-note level, you can create cue notes; at the staff level, you can create a cue staff.

Once I am in Resize mode, I can get "Resize Page" by clicking anywhere; Resize System (or Staff) by right-clicking as appropriate; but the only resizing option I can find for notes is with grace notes.

I think someone may have cut-and-pasted too liberally from the full Finale help document.

Bad documentation. Print Music cannot reduce note size; only page, staff, or system.
