Measure Numbers off

The Standard measure numbers that are on the top left hand corner of the score are 1 measure off to what the play back is playing. I.E: Measure 41 marked is measure 40 when it plays. How do I fix this?

Do you have a pickup measure? Remember that the pickup measure is not included in measure numbering.

Measure numbers can't be adjusted in PrintMusic.
