Hi there,
I'm writing an a Capella SATB arrangement, and want to be able to export an accurate MP3 file for those in the group who are not sight-readers. In this particular arrangement I want the bass part to be played back (and sung) in a swing tempo--so I only have to write eighth notes, rather than cluttering up the measures with quarter-note + eighth-note triplets), but I want the other parts to be played (sung) in straight tempo. Is it possible, in Finale PM, to apply human playback ONLY to certain parts?

No, sorry.
However, I have found a problem in PM that might actually work to your advantage. When you assign Swing to a piece, it seems to ONLY affect the top staff. So you might try putting the bass staff on top, for MP3 purposes.
