Finale v27 isn't printing notes

So I just upgraded from Finale Notepad to the full Finale (v27) yesterday. I went to print my music, and all of the noteheads are missing. The staff printed, the note tails, and crescendos/descrescendos printed, but that is it. There are no dynamic markings, anything. I never had this issue with Notepad. I am on Windows 11. Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

It's OK for me. I guess I would try reinstalling--right-click on the installation file and pick "run as administrator." If that doesn't help, contact MM support.

motet’s advice is fine.

Is this in all documents? If it is, I would uninstall, restart the computer, and download a fresh copy of the software.
