I have a book for Renaissance Music. In it, there's Chords , like in many music sheets. I''d like a guitar midi or Harp to play along with. I play the Descant Recorder but i can't seem to do it right. The music is sometimes very short and the Chords are very few. So, i try input them on Songwriter but there's sometimes pauses when i play it back. It's not a continuous play .

With SW, the selection of chords is pretty limited. The only solution would be to add the chords as actual notes, rather than using the chord tool.

A chord entered with the chord tool will only sustain for that beat, as far as I know. Again, you could try entering the notes themselves, as a whole note chord. That might give you better sustain. Or, enter them on more than one beat.
