Playboack doesn't show score

The playback feature used to scroll through the score as it was playing the piece, but it no longer does that. It just sits frozen on the last spot I was looking at and won't even let me scroll through the score while it's playing. I don't know what I've turned off or how to turn it back on. Any suggestions? This is Songwriter 2012 on PC.
